Job Details | This is a temporary position. Job Summary: Billeting Attendant cleans rooms and other premises of lodging, kitchen and dining facilities, as well as performing desk clerk duties. Essential Duties & functions: Dust and cleans blinds, furniture, and other surfaces; removes used linens for laundering, sorts counts, folds, mark, and carry linens; performs weekly linen exchanges; turns mattresses and make beds; moves and arranged furniture, and hangs drapes; cleans and polishes meatlwork and porcelain bathroom fixtures; spot-cleans walls and windows; replenishes room supplies; reports needed repairs to equipment, furniture, building, and fixtures; answers phone and in person customer service questions. Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 6 months of experience in service industry, preferably in high-volume institutional setting; U.S. citizen; valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record; ability to pass a National Agency Check with inquires; ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and drug test. Preferred Experience: Previous experience working on a military installation; previous experience working in a remote location.
