| Job Details | The Alaska Teamster-Employer Service Training Trust (ATESTT) and Center for Employment Education (CEE) are seeking an experienced leader to join our organization as Executive Director during a planned multi-year leadership transition. This unique opportunity allows the successful candidate to work directly with the Board of Trustees and the Director of Operations & Organizational Development while preparing to assume long-term leadership of one of Alaska’s most respected workforce development and training organizations.
Unlike many executive positions, this role includes a structured transition period of up to four years, allowing the successful candidate to gain a thorough understanding of the organization’s operations, partnerships, programs, culture, and strategic priorities before assuming full leadership responsibilities.
