Workers are needed on the North Slope for the Pikka and Willow Oil Field Projects.
Salary Range
CONSTRUCTION & PIPELINE DRIVERS:
$41.31 – $46.51 / hour
plus Healthcare and Pension Benefits
All work on the North Slope will be performed under the July 2022- June 2025 North Slope Petroleum Industry Maintenance and Construction Labor Agreement.
- Health and Welfare contributions will be paid to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Welfare Trust
- Pension contributions will be paid to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Pension Trust
- Training contributions will be paid to the Alaska Teamster-Employer Training Trust
Must pass DOT Drug Test & Functional Fit Test.
Must possess appropriate Drivers License, CDL, and appropriate Endorsements for the job. (i.e. CDL A, CDL B, Hazmat, Tanker Endorsement, Passenger Bus, etc.)
Must possess NSTC card North Slope Training Cooperative Card
FREIGHT WAGES:
$34.72/hour
or $0.80 per mile for doubles (358 Miles)
$30.00/hour with Line Haul rate of $1.15 per mile north of Fox, Alaska (414 miles)

Job Description
Workers are needed on the North Slope oil fields of Alaska. The Pikka and Willow Oil Fields are the largest resource extraction discovery projects in Alaska in the last 20 years. Workers are needed for six (6) to eight (8) years of work during the winter seasons.
