Job Details | The fuel driver position is responsible for the safe loading, unloading, transportation & delivery of gasoline, diesel fuel, AV gas etc. on public roads or highways, from various locations to the customer(s). Must observe state & city speed & safety regulations as well as company customer service & safety policies. Must provide excellent customer service while making timely deliveries. Required qualifications: 21 yrs. of age or older; read & speak English to converse with general public & comprehend DOT & OSHA regulations; no serious moving violations or DUI in previous 5 yrs.; tanker/chemical experience; valid AK Class A CDL with hazmat endorsement (X); valid DOT medical card. Preferred qualifications: 3 plus yrs. winter driving tractor trailer; doubles/triples endorsement (T); Long Combination Vehicle certificate (LCV); TWIC card.
