| Job Details | This is a casual position. Summary: The overall purpose of this position is to serve as a supply parts technician, providing the safest, most economical, efficient & accurate service for Matson Navigation as directed by the Maintenance Manager or his/her counterpart within Matson. He/she is responsible for the accuracy, control & inventory of available & non-available stocked or non-stocked items for effective production of both the main shop & chassis shop Mechanics & Oilers. This control & inventory includes line haul and/or customer or corporate needs as determined by the Maintenance Manager. Applicants must be registered with the Union, have a current dues receipt and a current resume on file in the Anchorage dispatch office that reflects the qualifications required by the Employer, to be referred by the Union. This is not an entry level position. |
