| Job Details | 1 Full-time day shift position Monday thru Friday 7:45 a.m. – 4:15 p.m. Duties: Perform carpentry work in renovation, alteration & maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, partitions, door, windows, wooden fixtures & other housing components & playground equipment, fit doors, free windows, replace & build shelves, sand & refinish floors, install hardware on doors, windows, furniture, install windows & doors, inspect vacating units to determine damages & maintenance needs, install new equipment, appliances, fixtures & parts, modify existing system, perform remodeling to include painting, plastering, sheetrock & tiling.
