Job Details ATESTT/CEE is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to support the daily operations of Alaska’s leading commercial driver training and workforce development programs. Responsibilities include fleet and equipment coordination, compliance tracking, payroll and invoicing support, training operations, facilities oversight, and administrative management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Teamster or union industry experience
  • Fleet management experience
  • Transportation, trucking, or construction operations background
  • Working knowledge of commercial vehicles
  • CDL Class A preferred (training may be available for the right candidate)
  • Strong organizational and computer skills

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $33.00/hour
  • $7.00/hour Pension Contribution

  • 40-Hour Work Week
  • Instructor and professional development training provided
