Job DetailsJob Details:

  • Prepares, transfers, and records both written and computerized communications and records.
  • Compiles and records work task data to compare records and reports on scheduled versus actual completion, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of the work performed by maintenance
  • Use applicable computer data system to compile and record relevant
  • Manage the workflow of work requests submitted through the customer service office. Ensure work requests are accurate and assigned to the appropriate shop to facilitate inspection, test, and/or repair Compiles material inventory records and assist in preparation of requisitions for procurement of materials and
  • Provides oversight and administration of formal government processes such as construction and repair initiation requests; ensures electronic folders contain required coordination
  • Monitors organizational electronic mailboxes .
  • Assists in training of Dispatchers and other Production Control
  • Manages the organization’s SharePoint
  • Assists in the development and updating of numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Additional duties as assigned .

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level of high school diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of experience in related work with similar levels of duties and responsibilities.
  • Be proficient in use of work management software such as Microsoft Office Products.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills .
  • Must pass a pre- employment drug
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a S. government-issued security clearance.
  • Must possess and maintain a valid US driver’s lice nse.
  • Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working
  • Have ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting at least 50
