Educations, Experience, Skills: High school education or G.E.D. equivalent preferred; must be able to communicate clearly (oral and written) in English language; valid Alaska drivers license; relevant trade certification; 5 years experience in one total combination of either refrigeration, low pressure boiler, steam fitter or pipe-fitter; must meet requirements of an annual physical that will include pulmonary function testing and will require the occasional use of a respirator: Preferred: Associates degree in applies science with HVAC/R Technology; hold EPA universal refrigerant card; Direct Digital Controls (DDC) experience; experience with small package boilers, and commercial ventilation systems; steam distribution and maintenance of system.
