Job Details | Job Summary: Responsible for installing, repairing & maintaining large industrial textile processing equipment, as well as facility maintenance. Tasks include start-up & shut-down procedures, electrical troubleshooting, maintaining & operating boilers, welding & cutting, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical & other systems. Essential Functions: Install, repair & perform preventative maintenance on industrial processing equipment, water levels, water system & other equipment & systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues, respond to daily maintenance requests, provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment, diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test & make adjustments. Qualifications: Have & maintain a valid driver’s license & driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or other safety violations; minimum 2 years. maintenance engineering experience with specific knowledge of machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welder & boiler applications; proficient in the proper use of power & hand tools; strong electrical troubleshooting ability of 3 phase 230 volt systems; PLC programming experience; in carpentry, boiler repair, welding and general facility repairs.
