||Job Duties: Data entry to include customer orders, recon, register, inventory receipts, adjustment, bids ect.; preparation of bank deposit; answer telephones, loading and unloading electronic devices; customer service(Priority); maintain Anchorage facility calendar, phone lists, data bases; filing and documentation; provide support for other department members; others duties as assigned.
Requirements/Qualification: Basic accounting skills; 10 key by touch, typing 60 WPM; Microsoft word, excel, outlook; excellent organizational skill; good written, verbal and customer service skills; ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines; ability to work quickly and accurately.
