|Job Details||Job Summary: Employees perform a variety of property management and administrative functions under the direct supervision of the Tenant manager. He/ She assists the Tenant Manager in all aspects of the tenant referral and rental assignment program. He/She assists with providing housing information to the military members inquiring about Aurora Military Housing at JBER, Alaska.|
Job Duties and Essential Functions: Greet people in a professional, respectful and helpful manner and practice positive customer service skills; assist in maintaining an accurate military and OET referral waitlist; assist in developing lease materials, and conduct public speaking briefings; conduct move in unit inspections for incoming tenants; prepare and review tenant leasing paperwork, communicate meaningful and relevant leasing information with clients by phone, email, or face to face and follow up, as necessary; may be required to maintain statistical data on the property operation as directed by the Tenant and/or General Manager; assist other company departments as scheduled or requested.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; valid AK driver’s license; able to be insured by company’s auto insurance; 12 months general office, customer service, retail or sales experience; must possess excellent computer software skills, including Windows, Excel, Word and web-based programs; experience in residential rental office highly desirable.
