| Job Details | Duties and responsibilities: Conduct inspection of tanker/trailer before departing to deliver fuel, follow DOT regulations and safety standards. Load and unload tanker/trailer, deliver fuel according to company policy and training to residential and commercial accounts including military and retail stations. Qualifications: Must have current AK Class A CDL, 3-year clean driving record and ICC Medical Card. Must be able to safely operate tractor combinations and experience with the handling and transportation of petroleum products and hazardous materials. Knowledge of location of streets both in Fairbanks and outlying areas. Must be prepared to work in adverse weather conditions including extreme temperatures and must have the ability to adapt to changing conditions. Previous heating oil delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be familiar with current State and Federal trucking regulations. A pre-employment drug and alcohol screening will be required. This is a seasonal position.
