Responsibilities: Develops, implements, and reports on site Environmental Compliance, Natural/Cultural Resources Management and pollution prevention plans and programs for assigned site. Develops, implements, and trains personnel about Environmental programs and reports. Conducts audits and publishes reports that document compliance with federal, state, local and DoD environmental standards in all areas of contract compliance at the assigned site. Maintains records and statistics of all environmental programs and incidents. Interfaces and communicates with state and local authorities regarding site environmental issues. Develops corrective action plans and budgets. Develops EHS Quality Control program.
Core requirements: Must have four years Environmental Science or Management experience. Must have Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering Management, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. Must demonstrate proficiency with personal computers and software to include MS Office and MS Outlook. Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering or Natural Sciences preferred.
